You need to secure at least 50% marks in each subject to pass the CA subjects. With 50% marks, you can pass any subject of CA in Pakistan.
Who is eligible for CA in Pakistan?

Can I apply for CA after FSC (Pre-Medical)?
Yes, you can join CA after FSC (Pre-Medical). And to be honest, it doesn't matter whether you have done your FSc with medical or non medical, you can go for it and be a successful chartered accountants (CA). There's no downside of joining CA with F.Sc pre medical. Even I had also done my FSC with medical and Alhamdulillah, I am going very well in my CA journey.
Which degree is best for CA?
It depends upon your priorty. If you want to join CA after intermediate, and your sole aim is to join CA, then D.COM is a good option to have a basic understanding of accountancy field. However, I personally don't recommend this option. Because D.COM limits your options on the way. And if any misfortune happens, you won't have many options to go for. Therefore, I recommend to go for F.Sc rather than D.COM

What is the duration of CA?
It solely depends upon your dedication. If you have dedication, you can pass CA papers quite soon and be a chartered Accountant within 4 years. However, on average, CA takes 6-7 years to get completed. But don't lose heart, you start earning during CA, normally within 2-3 years. Hence, you may go for it.
How many semesters are there in CA?
There are is no semester system in CA. Though its papers take place after every six months (except for the entry level), it's not semester system. Because, in semester system you don't have option to select the papers by yourself. However, in CA, you have the option to select the papers by yourself. It's upto you as to how many papers you select to attempt, or which subject you choose to study.

There are 21 total subjects in CA Pakistan. 5 subjects relate to entry level, 8 subjects are in CAF level, and 8(6+2) subjects in CA final level.
